Charges stem from an incident at the State Penitentiary yesterday morning that resulted in the death of Ronald Johnson. Both offenses are class A felonies and have a mandatory penalty of death or life imprisonment in the state penitentiary. Berget and Robert are presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.
