Berget’s refusal to accept nutrition since his transfer to the Minnehaha County Jail. Circuit Court Judge Neiles ruled today that the Minnehaha County jail may continue medical testing until such time as a medical determination is made that forced nutrition is necessary to prevent serious imminent bodily harm or death.
