PIERRE, S.D â Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that the final autopsy report has been completed on Correction Officer Ronald âRJâ Johnson. The results of the autopsy will not be released to the general public.
A motions hearing and dispositional conference are scheduled for June 3, 2011, at the Minnehaha County Courthouse, Courtroom 4B at 11:00 a.m. It is anticipated that a decision on whether the State will seek the death penalty will be announced at that time.
