Sioux Falls Man Sentenced in Lincoln County Sexual Contact Case

Pierre - Attorney General Marty Jackley and Lincoln County States Attorney Tom Wollman said today that Richard D. Ronke, 58, Sioux Falls, was sentenced to serve a total of 30 years in the State Penitentiary on two counts of Sexual Contact With Child Under Sixteen, both class 3 felonies, pursuant to a plea agreement reached with the State. He was sentenced to 15 years with 5 years suspended on each count, with time to be served consecutively. This case was investigated by the Sioux Falls Police Department.
