Long Speaks on Consumer Protection

(Pierre) – Chief Deputy Attorney General Larry Long is going across the airwaves to help protect South Dakota consumers.

Long will join Dakota News Network’s Patrick Callahan for a live interview next Monday at 4pm.  The interview will air on KOLY (1300 AM) and KGFX (1060 AM).

Long will discuss business to business scams and offer advice for protecting yourself from scam artists. Long will also talk about the scams that are most common this time of year including your rights when dealing with door-to-door salespeople.

“I encourage South Dakotans to tune in. The more knowledge people have on these issues, the safer they are,” said Long.
