1st Choice Sales and Marketing, Inc. Representatives Arrested on Failure to Inform
Buyer of Right to Cancel

PIERRE, S.D.-    Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that Angie Lee Parker-Barnes, 37, Daniel Island, SC and Teresa Poston Duffee, 50, Georgetown, SC, were arrested on 2 misdemeanor counts of failure to inform buyer of right of cancel.

Charges stem from sales presentations being conducted at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Sioux Falls. Barnes and Duffee are presumed innocent until such time as proven guilty.

The case remains under investigation with the Division of Criminal Investigation.
