The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System is a national centralized repository and resource center for missing persons and unidentified decedent records. It can be searched by medical examiners, coroners, law enforcement officials and the general public.

South Dakota Missing Persons Clearinghouse
The Missing Persons Clearinghouse has access to many additional resources and works with missing persons programs such as the Amber Alert plan, the Endangered Missing Advisory plan, the Child Abduction Response Team, the SD Fusion Center and Missing Person Clearinghouses from other states.
